Hayley Orantia is an American singer, actress and singer. Many people recognize the character as Erica Goldberg in the comedy television show 'The Goldbergs'. But, she is primarily as a musician. Music is the first passion she claims; it's something that she started dabbling in since she was only nine years old. The first time she began to study professional music when she was 12 years old. The year 2013 saw her take up songwriting and recorded her first album. The music hasn't budged around ever since. Orrantia is a native American who has Hispanic roots. She is proud of the existence of Hispanic roots even though she was raised speaking English exclusively and has never lived in Mexico. She strives to preserve it by studying Spanish and creating songs in the Spanish language. One of her songs was an original Spanish track titled "Hasta Verte..' Orrantia tried out for The X Factor in 2011. The Orrantia's YouTube video was picked and she got four "yeses" which is a vote, from the judges at The Seattle audition. She was originally performing as a solo artist, however in the course of "Hollywood Week", three other female performers were placed in an ensemble to go through the auditions. They were eventually eliminated at the end of the fifth show.
